Yesterday's announcement by WDC following its $2.9b insto placement showed that the Lowy family's interest in the company has fallen from 9.89% to 8.01%. Page 4 of the announcement shows a list of some of the Lowys' private companies.
Interestingly one of these, Palmerston Pty Ltd, shows up in the Top 20 of both ARG and BKI.
