Sounds like you need to educate yourself starting with how poorly Centennial was run and secondly on the differences between the proposed transaction KAU wants to complete (purchase of shares in a company that has already purchased Centennial's assets) vs the one AUL proposed (corporate merger between AUL & CTL) and how that may impact on legal risk assumed post transaction (the reason AUL bailed).
Certainly a few unknowns at this point but that provides no excuse for posting uninformed garbage anywhere.
