Not so worried about debt so long as it is used to improve infrastructure that will generate returns above interest rates. Interest rates are at all time lows. Telstra is in an envious position of being able to raise debt at will and I would much rather Telstra raise debt than do capital raise like so many companies have been forced to do lately.
