    The need to ramp us drilling during the Myanmar dry season is a totally foreseeable situation. I don't understand why the co needed to raise cash in such an urgent panic. The company says it wasn't ready to raise cash when the SP was 25% higher than it is today but doesn't explain why not. Planning failure imv
