I'm afraid you may be right snacks.
Reinvention may be necessary, as I really can't see an oil refinery in Nigeria doing anything whatsoever to the price - yet it seems to be the thing htey are working on and pinning their hopes on.
Apart from the cost to buy into the project, which may take yet another capital raising (perhpas AFTER a share consolidation?) I doubt the market will take it as a darling project until it's actually in and refining and cash is coming in from it.

Nigeria isn't lighting my fire as an exciting place ofr an oil project right now - so alternatively, they could progress the copper and gold projects at a much lower outlay - but again, market may not react well until some GOOD results are announced.

So - sit and see what he's up to in the UK - maybe just recovering from recent 'unwell look' -
