    Sandia National Labs (SNL) is no longer managed by Sandia Corporation, a subsidiary of Lockheed - it is a National Laboratory and is now managed by a subsidiary of Honeywell

    So in summary, Lockheed does not own SNL but having managed it for a period of time through its subsidiary Sandia Corporation, is well aware of what SNL does including the generation of perfect little nanoparticleswink.png
