    • INTENDS TO RAISE ABOUT $8 MILLION VIA FULLY UNDERWRITTEN RIGHTS ISSUE AT ISSUE PRICE OF 2.5C PER SHARE
    • PROCEEDS ARE EXPECTED TO BE USED TO DISCHARGE LIABILITIES TO NAB
    • CONFIRMS IT HAS REPAID TEMPORARY JOBKEEPER FACILITY HELD WITH NAB FOR MONTH OF SEPTEMBER
