There will obviously be no return for holders but agree with holding those responsible accountable.

I think there should be a sticky post on the main board with a list of directors/ceos that have or do run publically listed stock where feedback and past performance can be viewed and cross referenced for red flags.

I for one would like to know a bit of history on NF if he ever were to pop up again. You just would not in your right mind invest imo
