From memory, APG has projected $2M cash at the end of the quarter and is spending $800,000 up to then, which includes costs associated with the Newcastle upgrade. Sometime next quarter there should be earnings that would be more than adequate for costs associated with the BFS (which I thought BHP was contributing to as well).
Admittedly there isn't yet a confirmation of suppliers to the spent pickle liquor plant. Why are you suggesting a share issue? Where is the need?
