Look at Tyrone80's post above, which is spot on -
"Cons - Quite a high strip ration 4.8:1 with 3mths of prestripping work before mining begins. Thats a lot of time for a 2yr mine life"
& re the price, management have already flagged they will attempt to 'Hedge' the current IO price with Shine. assuming it gets FID........
