Given it si still down at the horrendous level of $2.30 far away from $4.14, perhaps the Sept rent collections are not too good? The market seems to think there will be no improvement.
It really was an appalling decision to reinstate parking charges. They need to suspend those parking charges for good and should credit all parking fees paid dur8ng the pandemic and give shoppers a rebate for all those that paid them IMHO.
SCG Board and executives leave a lot to be desired IMHO.
