when market dynamics change and there is a shortage of supply, restart projects are the best play! low capex and quick to generate cashflow.
thats why i like LOT. they need $30-40m and their market cap is 60-70, so with equity and debt, its a very easy/simple process.
a greenfield project of LOT's size would cost +300m and take 1.5 years to get into production.
as uranium demand coninues to run, LOT's share price will run hot
