Great to see LTH taking a stand and we have every reason to do so against what is blatant misuse of power, abuse of funds and contempt for other shareholders. My only concern with discussing it on a public forum is the possibility that you are playing into Bizz's hands.
It's obvious to me that PW reads the posts on this forum... hence why the co released such an ann "Date of AGM" and gave the "market" the heads up re director nomination. My suggestion is that you formulate the plan moving forward in private. Otherwise I feel you are just giving Bizz and the board more time to get their ammunition together to counter SH concerns and to look their best at the AGM. It's just IMO, of course, fwiw... but I have had direct dealings with PW and now know how the BCP-culture kind of operates.
One thing I am confident about, despite the wet season approaching, is that mining is going ahead. I made a phone call to MAAS and the trucks are on their way up from Dubbo as we post.
