It is looking pretty weak, it should be going up but people keep selling into any strong buy depth.
It may in fact touch 20, it may need to touch 20 in fact for a gap of some kind to be filled
Dont know if it is being shorted but expect so. OPerhaps it will go back up when they decide it's time and they need to close out their orders.
Anyway, imho, definitely a time to accumulate
