it appears the Victorian Andrew Penn, TLS CEO, and Telstra by not supplying the phone records unless the Commission of Inquiry becomes a Criminal Inquiry, has become negatively embroiled in it.

That is almost playing the way of the Andrews Government, and the market is punishing TLS for it.
