Hi Pibe. You and I have both been following ARU for many years. False starts along the way unfortunately. But they finally have brought all aspects of Nolans together - DFS ✔ massive reserve ✔ flowsheet piloting ✔ customer qualified final products ✔ environmental approvals ✔ native title ✔ mining leases ✔ - all at one site, all in Australia.
Offtake and funding activities now appear to be in full swing, and this wouldn't be possible unless everything in the previous paragraph has been done ✔. ARU have given us a glimpse on where, how much product and what types of customers they're in talks with, and what the funding strategy could look like. It's more than we've seen previously. IMHO debt advisors wouldn't agree to being appointed unless they smell a deal, right?
And now governments, aided by COVID, have collectively woken up to Chinese controlled supply chains and the need to diversify, armed with real $$$ and strategies to deal with them. Even Japan had dozed off after funding Lynas! They're no longer asleep but opted not to help fund LAMP2.
Let's see what unfolds in the coming months but everything's moving in the right direction. GLTAH
