The company I use is CST Corporate solutions - fast, reliable and cost effective (no plug - just personal experience) - use them also for the Security Trustee
Remember though that the warrant docs need to be tailored to the purchase etc and are one piece of the puzzle
As mentioned in earlier posts - my comments are generalised but happy to be more specific if warranted (get it, warranted)
