Yes they are waiting for something and that something is the government’s funding injection into OPR for the infrastructure. That should be decided soon and when they announce that the funds have been approved they will make their move. Not long to wait now especially since Barnett’s on his way to Japan as we speak to reassure to the Japanese, timing or coincidence?
