In the last year there have been 5 CRs for $1.05m.

Go back a second year and you get another placement of $200k and that complete failure of the $1.13m CR with the $840k shortfall (not sure I've ever seen a more unsupported CR before) and of course the $545k rights issue at the end of 2018.So just the lazy $1.9m the year before, and of course the SGM to ratify the raise.

There is no way to hide from the fact that Norwood has needed multiple raises and called meetings to ratify the shares issued. The predictions of raises well continue whole Norwood has insufficient revenue to cover costs.

Norwood is a truly terrible company and I'm very thankful I'm not an investor, you can't look back and find any point at which Norwood was a good company so inviting people to examine the history is just going to be a series of own goals.
