31May2004 You may notice that the company's shares have been suspended from trading on the Australia Stock Exchange this morning. The suspension is, in fact, a voluntary suspension that was requested by the company in order to engage in a capital raising.
The company expects to be able to conclude arrangements for the proposed raising and make an announcement regarding the results of the raising prior to the commencement of trading on Thursday 3 June 2004.
