Well the fine was mostly provisioned in the previous reporting period, so I'm not expecting that to have another big impact, it's already hit.
I do think they will be conservative in setting a dividend; my guess is around 80 cents, equal to the lowest paid dividend in years, if you don't count the zero that was paid in the second half of last FY.
