Loan to Kingsway Resources Pte Ltd In July 2008, NSL made a loan of $500,000 to Kingsway Resources Pte Ltd (Kingsway) with a view to securing a right of first refusal over another iron ore project based in India. This right of first refusal subsequently fell away and NSL is yet to be repaid the $500,000 by Kingsway. The loan was secured by a personal guarantee. Repayment has not been forthcoming to date and, as a result, NSL has now commenced legal action to pursue repayment.
