if it fails, it wont matter whether you paid a bit less than 290c or 292c.
if it really becomes a blockbuster drug it wont matter whether you pay a bit less than 290c or its current 292c.
WHAT WILL MATTER is if you want more but miss the boat and regret your inaction. Just make a decision whether you want more or not and take action if yes or be happy with what you have if no.
