looks like dredging the port so the new barges could operate this season, and additional to taking over the port operations, has totally brought down port costs by 50% , and its working a treat!
it appears one shipment was done post the report and another one due this month, plus an extra one scheduled in november (weather permitting)
as they say, doing barge maintenance at the right times and improving the conveyor also contributed.
