To be honest, you shouldn't go near anything that Stephen Silver touches. He's been excommunicated from relevant bodies in the US and played a role in deceiving shareholders of the now almost defunct CLI. I lost $110k in that fiasco.
He's dodgy and I generally have a principle of not investing in anything SS is a part of, but the NASDAQ listing makes MYQ just so juicy.
He pumps and dumps stocks.
