    Definitely voting against. This is simply a bad, bad deal at Proposal A cash only. And if we want to be part of the business moving forward Proposal B, then we get an even worse cash deal and our ability to transfer holdings to the private company is throttled/limited. Minority shareholders being treated like a 3rd wheel
