Fair enough - anecdotal evidence should always be taken with a grain of salt - but complaints per service is more critical as OP stated. According to MyRepublic's website, they have 80k Aus customers. 769/80k = .96%. Telstra's site claims 18.8million retail mobile services. Not including other services, 66612/18.8m = 0.35%. I'm sure there's more complexity in the Telstra data but those figures look pretty good to me.
