B2Gold is essentially debt-free but every Clive Johnson presentation I have listened to in the last 12 months indicates they are focusing on organic growth not M&A.... currently drilling (infilling) their Gramalote project (Columbia) with the feasibility due in the March quarter 2021... then ~$US 900m build (50/50 JV with Anglogold). In Mali, B2 is giving every indication of further discovery success, requiring more milling capacity. In Burkina Faso (relevant to WAF), B2 is now considering what to do with Kiaka ("given the higher gold price") including JV potential in the last presentation I listened to. My instincts tell me WAF will be involved in further regional collaboration, provided of course they execute as planned in the months ahead.
