talk about secrets!!!! they announce appointing a dual company secretary but he is actually appointed as a director! they just put out a directors initial interest statement - what are they smoking up there?? i guess we were supposed to work it out ourselves from the line at the end about adding experience to the Board. why wouldn't you announce it as appointment of a director???????? instead of company secretary. you don't have to be a director to be a company secretary so what gives????? this is just getting plain wierd now and it is hardly any confidence builder to find out that he hold a massive $600 worth of stock.... imo implosion of this stock is imminent.
