PE is not a useful in this case.
At least they have earnings..
What if their earnings were $0? Should the stock price be zero?
What if their earnings were negative, like a lot of growing tech companies? Should the stock price be negative?
SaaS companies are generally valued based on their revenue and rate of revenue growth.
