I understand the sentiment.
We'd have to see the details of phase 1, but the only thing that would be certain is that WGO will get 155 PJ in phase 1 (to fulfill their GSA).
Which means that if phase 2 does not incorporate WE; a buyer of WGO at even $300m would be paying $2 NPV / Gj. Which is rather high...
And it doesn't matter how large the remaining 2C/2P are - they won't be able to commercialise it without STX's cooperation.
