    I agree it looks interesting... from that article you put up this morning it seems that GC is trying to drum up support/ awareness for the need for a big spending programme. He sounded quite critical of the current health system...

    ... from my experience you have to play that game pretty carefully. Don't want to burn bridges with the beauracrats that you're hoping will award you the contract !
