You guys seem to be overlooking that interest rates went to 22% last time (early '90s), which finally cracked the real estate market, 2.5 years after the stock market crash. They won't do that this time in fact looks like they will keep reducing rates, printing and handing out money. I don't know what will happen this time, but it looks like it will be different. There are some pockets of overvaluation obviously, but there are also some fairly new places selling below the cost of replacement.
