All for the sake of cutting the nose off our face to say, we are still Aussie. If you can't afford something and the bank plays hardball, you have take the axe to things and sell to the highest bidder. Really sad to let an Aussie company with a few thousand employees in Australia go to Minmetals, but lets not get too carried away with our own self importance of being a company of national importance etc etc. It's business. Minmetals have the money and we don't.
