Options still need to be exercised/purchased and tbh these guys pay themselves bugger all compared to some specs. There has to be some incentive for them to turn up and work for us. I would rather directors and brokers get paid in options rather than cash, it means they have skin in the game and they will want the stock to succeed as much as the shareholders. IXC has done more than most bios in a short amount of time yet people still complain. They are having a bit of a breather breather before the next tranche of work with EMA sorted and FDA clarification coming up before phase 3.
