    Yes it has been paid.

    As reported, funds raised under the SPP and Placement will be used to repay the outstanding loan notes due to Riverfort Global Capital and Yorkville Advisors due 14 September 2019 and for general working capital and corporate purposes. Volt Raises $1.65 Million via SPP and Top Up Placement.
