this looks like good value to me at the moment...
Sure they have been hammered and big loss reported, but this are mainly due to valuation write downs.
Valuations go up over time, so the question is how long will valuations they be down for?
Has commercial real estate got further to fall?
This could be the bottom for SGP in which case looks like a great buy for a long term hold.
