Of course, but it all takes time. Setup, training, encouraging clients to take up the service. I'd much rather see checks and balances towards an internationally competitive product than a rush to market, major misunderstanding and industry dislocation. That said, I believe the snowball has started to roll down the hill, albeit slowly at first.
