WPL share price is directly linked to the oil price , however, over the ten years you mention there have been good and reliable dividends , franking credits , and you need to take into account the odd rights issue. Many of us have been long term holders that bought in long ago , and will continue to hold .
I don’t know why you waste your time trying to compare companies. This site is for FAR holders , who sadly enough have been holding possibly the worst performing oil stock in history
