you are yelling @ozblue, chill mate, of course they cant say there is a resource until drilling and assays, however they have shown where there is exposed veins with 18 grams per ton at surface (possible resource, yes), also that there was 2 major mining procedures carried out that lasted 3 years on both occasions, what else would you like, like I said there is risk everywhere at this end of the market PF1 is no different to say a stock that buys a mine and plant on the say so of a seller, then the seller turns around and says it cant support what the buyer is announcing, isnt there risk in that as well, but we go ahead and do it anyway, as there is visible gold I feel IMHO there is a resource even though it is not defined as yet, not as if its under 300 metres of mud sludge, its at surface as per the prospectus,
