Unfortunately there is no MOU with the First Nation group in that New Patrica area. That has to be obtained first before any permits can be lodged for drilling. They have started initial discussions with that group but these discussions cannot be rushed.
Get on their bad side and ADV won't be welcomed back again into the area. I'd rather they do it right and drill at Kas and South Limb where they already have First Nation MOU approval.
