For what its worth I'm thinking there is an accumulator and a seller at current levels and there is still a good amount of stock to be had at the 13c mark.
If the 2mil at 13.5 gets line wiped then that won't surprise me (I'm actually expecting it). Of course the questions are "if" and "when".
In my opinion its wound pretty tightly at the moment so I'm leaning towards a yes on the "if" but not sure on the "when".
