Maybe things have changed.

The only time I tried to contact the company, about 12 months ago, I called in response to an announcement, that at the end of the release stated words to the effect of :
"For inquiries related to the release please contact the Company Secretary".

I rang the relevant number and was rold no one was available. So I sent off an email - the query I had (I don't recall exactly the details now, but it was just to confirm the meaning of a statement that appeared ambiguous in the release), the reply I got back was a generic comment along the lines of: SMN is in the process of becoming a Global company developing it's world class technology. It cannot respond to individual inquiries blah blah blah.

So you can understand why I remain concerned until I see some positive news - I remain a supporter of the technology, and I've had shares since before the $3.00 rise plus added since then, but still about 50 cents out of the money.
