As anticipated, last night’s action was predictable… with a major distribution day which saw down volume at 95% and declining issues at 93%. The question now is, ARE WE THERE YET? Well, I would like to think so, however, I fear that we may have one more day of selling pressure that should see the VIX close above 50 and the fear build with the options traders. The Tick is also within spitting distance of oversold and lower values by Tick & Trin should see capitulation IMO.
