Fair enough.
However from my experience (lived in the US for 5 years and visited many dispensaries) recreational users don't buy oils in the format that THC produce. They tend to buy flower, edibles and concentrates (for dabbing). I am sure THC could pivot and make other products, but again, so can any company in NZ, relatively easily.
The more hardcore recreational users will grow as it's such a wholesome hobby.
With regards to retail outlets and licensing - I am not understanding what that was in reference to (please clarify if you get a chance to).
I just fail to see how any of this translates to THC - would love to hear any suggestions.
Surely NZ will prefer local companies (who will be ready to pounce) to supply their own market and not deal with the stress of importing a controlled substance from oz - especially when its so easy to produce.
I am on the brink of selling off my holdings for 50% loss - hard to do, but I could have made that money back twice over by now
