why a loan and not shares ?

    It looks as if the prime mover has lent moneys to EWC ? Do you know if he can claim it back and if so what are the terms please? There is quite a large sum of money involved here and the Prime mover did not take share for this in EWC but took debt,do you have any idea as to why that was?Usually with debt one receives the interexst rate and creditors claim over assets, whereas with shares as you know one has a chance to make or loose money ?
