Anyone have an idea of what the current estimated NTA is??
Iress market software shows $1.91
Assume a 25% further write-off that leaves 1.43 as the NTA
SP is know at 73% discount to NTA.
Is this real, when are the super funds etc going to invest???
Surely this is illogical fear? Or is the market saying its the end??
REITS are easier to value than most other ASX companies??+
