Yes its only the poor market that is keeping ESG down ... last year when the market was in a better mood and the early deals in the sector were done (Shell, BG, Conocco and Petronas) ESG got to 93. by rights given the reserves upgrades it should be there again (and it should be there now given the PES comparison) ... but as Lindo says now the market needs more certainty .. so to get there now we need a gas agreement!
