I hope you're correct. But if so, why would Merck give up the exclusivity for industrial uses but keep the cosmetics...? Doesn't really make sense to me. Maybe they did before they realised the use I guess. Either way, if it does it's a huge future locked in revenue stream to continue to reinvest into other parts of the business - what a winner!
