The offer is effectively $2.3mil - which buys a brand new $30mil plant plus the potential company making tenement in Mount Cannindah. QOL Management has obviously not gone out of its way to secure a better deal for shareholders. IMO this was an easy way out.

There has got to be a company out there who sees better value in QOL...
